Indonesia Compensates the Victims of Terrorist Bomb Attacks – International Christian Concern

10/14/2021 Indonesia (International Christian Concern) – Jakarta made the announcement that the Indonesian government will give compensation to more than 400 victims of terrorist bomb attacks committed across the country over the past two decades.
According to UCA News, this will be the third and last round of payouts to be given as part of a commitment made by the government in 2018 to give compensation to terror attack victims.
So far, the government has given compensation to 230 victims, but 413 will receive payouts this year.
Hasto Atmojo Suroyo, chairman of the Witness and Victims Protection Agency, said each family of those killed in bombings this year will receive US$17,857, while those seriously injured will get $15,000. Victims who suffered moderate wounds will receive $8,214 and those who suffered minor wounds will get $5,357.
His agency records at least 552 attacks purportedly committed by terrorists have taken place across Indonesia since 2000. The last bomb attack took place in a cathedral in Makassar, South Sulawesi province, on Palm Sunday this year. At the time, ICC stepped in to provide assistance to three of the victims whose parents or relatives live in other islands.
Radicalism has been on the rise in Indonesia, especially after the founding of ISIS. While ISIS has been largely defeated, IS-linked groups or sympathizers in Indonesia such as Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) and Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) continue to carry out attacks against the law enforcement and Christians.

This is disgusting as it will criminalise Christian Pastors and preachers for believing that God ordained marriage is between one man and one woman only.
Praying this proposal will be overturned. And that Pastors would be aware so they can make a stand voicing their concerns for this sinful proposal by the Welsh Government who should be protecting all its citizens.
Are you in the channel of God? Do you know what you're suppose to do in all the times and seasons? The world has changed and we as a christian family we should understand the purpose of God for us and obey His voice.
I hear what the author is saying but did I miss something? I didn't see him reference any specific texts in the law, he just repeated 'if they don't follow they could be criminalized." I'm all about sharing stories that demonstrate more legal restrictions against Christianity, but I dont feel the author demonstrated that.?
Gender remains a biological fact – not a choice.
Sodom and and Gomorrah in the making.

"For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall cleave to his wife and they shall become one flesh" Gen 2:24. SO since it is ORDAINED in the CREATOR'S WORD, who is man to change it?
The legality of marriage should be done by government not by church, the government should not force the church to do what they want think is good.the marriage of same sex should be done by anyone believes on it.
Can't you see the flag of this country is not for God, they are beast

Radical Fulani militants attacked two Christian communities in Nigeria’s Plateau State in attacks from October 1-5. The Muslim herdsmen destroyed more than thirteen hectares of farmland worth millions of naira, including eight hectares of farmland sponsored by ICC.
"I received a distressed call from the local zone chairman that, while they were in their place of worship that morning, it came to their notice that Fulani pushed their herds on the farm and grazed eight hectares of soyabean crop," said Paul, ICC’s farm manager for that farm. "I assessed what happened to be deliberate, because if it was not well planned it would have been impossible to destroy eight hectares of farmland within that short of a period."
